EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

Basic credentials. Practical skills.

Start with a short skills summary. We discuss role requirements and check any necessary documents privately.

01

Respite & personal support

  • Relevant support-work education, care training or demonstrated experience appropriate to the duties
  • First Aid / CPR training where required for the assignment
  • Respectful communication, confidentiality and person-centred support skills
  • Role-appropriate references and any lawful, necessary screening discussed privately

For personal-support-worker duties, describe your PSW education or relevant equivalent training. Duties and credentials are reviewed individually.

02

Cleaning

  • Residential or commercial cleaning skills and relevant experience
  • Safe use of the products and equipment needed for the assignment
  • Relevant workplace or chemical-safety training, such as WHMIS where applicable
  • Reliability, care for property and clear communication

Requirements depend on the products, setting and tasks. No universal cleaning certificate is implied.

03

Process serving

  • Relevant document-serving experience or training for the proceedings you can handle
  • Knowledge of applicable service instructions and accurate attempt records
  • Careful proof-of-service preparation, confidentiality and professional communication
  • Any role-specific authorization or insurance required for the agreed work

No universal process-server certificate or in-house commissioner credential is claimed. Each assignment is reviewed before acceptance.

04

General labour

  • Relevant packing, loading, organizing or practical task experience
  • Safe lifting and handling knowledge, with appropriate equipment
  • Task-specific training or authorization where equipment or duties require it
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate access or safety concerns

Requirements are assessed against the actual work. Regulated trades and hazardous tasks are not assumed.

05

Event support

  • Relevant setup, registration, hospitality or event-assistance experience
  • Organization, teamwork and clear guest communication
  • Safe handling of event furniture and equipment
  • Task-specific certification only where the duty requires it

Alcohol service, security and regulated food-handling duties require separate review and the appropriate credentials; they are not included by default.

06

Administrative support

  • Relevant office or virtual-assistance experience and practical software skills
  • Accurate data entry, scheduling or document preparation skills
  • Clear written communication, organization and confidentiality
  • Ability to follow agreed privacy and system-access procedures

Regulated professional advice is outside ordinary administrative support.

07

Independent service providers

  • Relevant skills and experience for the services offered
  • Business registration, licences and insurance where applicable
  • References and ability to meet the agreed scope
  • Clear invoicing, confidentiality and safety arrangements

Employee or contractor status depends on the actual working relationship and applicable law, not the name selected in an application.

Relevant experience is considered regardless of where it was gained. Accommodation can be requested through info@chemacksolutions.com. Any screening is role-related and discussed with appropriate consent. PSW registration with HSCPOA is currently voluntary; individual roles may have additional requirements.

Staff opportunities and provider engagements are different.

An expression of interest is not a job posting, offer, guaranteed assignment or acceptance into a network. If an opportunity arises, its requirements and proposed terms are explained. Worker status is based on the actual relationship and applicable law. No temporary staffing or recruitment-for-others service is advertised unless any required licence has been confirmed.
